For Management Quota admission, applications can be submitted either online or offline. The application form will be available in our website from 10th may 2013. Application will be complete in every respect including the marks of 12th standard and score of Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination 2013. Incomplete applications will be rejected. Other details as follows.
Courses Offered in B.Tech
Admission is strictly on the basis of merit.
Students having a pass in Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an examination recognized equivalent thereto with at least 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together are eligible for admission. However average 70% marks for PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) in 12th standard is desirable.
Candidates shall be qualified in Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination 2013 for all seats other than NRI quota.
50% of the total seats in B.Tech courses are set apart for centralized allotment by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.15% of seats within sanctioned intake is provided for NRI category and given on the basis of marks obtained for PCM in 12th standard. Remaining seats are Management seats, allotted on merit by ranking applicants on the basis of marks obtained for P C M (12th standard only) and for Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination.
Age: - Applicants should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December 2013 . No relaxation will be allowed.
Nationality: - Candidates must be Citizens of India.
Full Tuition Fee Waiver
The AICTE approved Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme is implemented in the college. Accordingly, 5% of the seats of total intake will be filled under this scheme. These seats will be filled either by the Govt. or by the Management as agreed by the Govt. The selection is made purely on the basis of Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination rank list and family income as per norms.
Full Tuition Fee Scholarships for Top rankers
The Management offers full tuition fee waiver for meritorious students who secure Kerala Engineering Entrance ranks up to 2000 and admitted in FISAT through Govt. Quota. They have to remit the required
fees in the bank notified by CEE and produce the receipt for refund of the amount .

The fee structure will be as per agreement with the Govt. of Kerala .
The rank list will be prepared by giving equal weight age to the marks obtained in the Kerala Entrance Examination and the Qualifying Examination (12th Standard only).
Merit list for the admission will be published in the website. Selection will be in the order of merit through open counselling. The date for counselling will be published in the website.
Candidates are advised to visit the website regularly to get updated information on interview, admission etc. No separate communication will be sent on this account.
Selected candidates shall take admission at the appointed time and date in the college, after paying the tuition fee and other fees to be paid, failing which the offer of admission will be cancelled.
How to apply
Candidates who wish to apply under the Management Quota can submit their application either offline or online.
Instructions for Offline application:
Visit the website http://admission.fisat.ac.in and download the application form from the “Download offline Application” link. The application form needs to be filled up with ball point pen in his/her own handwriting. The filled up application form along with the application fee as Demand Draft (DD) and all necessary documents should be sent to the postal address of the college.
Instructions for Online application:
Visit the website http://admission.fisat.ac.in and follow the instructions there- in.
After submitting the online application, the signed print out of the same along with the application fee as DD and all necessary documents should be sent to the postal address of the college.
Application fee (form, brochure and postage): ` 350 (200+100 + 50)
Mode of Payment: Application fee of ` 350 can be paid by DD drawn on a Nationalised/Scheduled Bank, in favour of FISAT, payable at Ernakulam/ Aluva.
a) Candidate should not submit applications both online and offline
b) Affix a passport size (3.5 x 3.5 cm) photograph in the space provided for offline application. The photograph is to be pasted in the print out for online application.
c) Applications should be complete in all respects. A candidate will be considered for admission, only if he/she has furnished the relevant certificates prescribed in the Prospectus, in proof of eligibility or in support of any claim for reservation, under any category.
Copies of certificates/documents (attested) to be submitted along with the application
a) Copy of the relevant page of SSLC or equivalent certificate to prove date of birth.
b) Copy of 12th Standard Mark list.
c) Copy of Entrance Admit Card
d) Copy of Entrance Mark list
e) DD towards Application fee
f) Copies of certificates as proof in support of any claim for special reservation.
All copies of certificates shall be attested by a Gazetted Officer/Head of the Institution where the student has studied last.
The Applicant & the Parent should sign in the specified areas on the printout of the online application or on the offline application form
Documents or certificates furnished after submission of the application will not be entertained under any circumstances. No opportunity will be given to incorporate any details after the submission of the application.
All basic information required is to be filled in with utmost care. The data provided in the online or offline application will be used for processing the application. Any error in filling the online or offline application or providing false/incomplete/wrong information will affect the candidate's eligibility for admission or claim for reservation under any category. Furnishing false information/ particulars would result in the forfeiture of the candidature as well as the cancellation of admission at any stage, even after admission.

Candidates are advised to keep a copy of completed application form for further reference.
Govt. Admission under registered Society quota for FBOAES members
The Govt shall allot 15% of the total seats from among the students belonging to the Community / Registered Society / Trust to which to which the educational agency belongs on the basis of merit from the 50% category of seats filled up by the Government. Accordingly Candidates whose Father / Mother / Grand Parent is a Member / Patron of FBOA Educational Society and wish to be considered for admission under 15% Registered Society Quota in Centralized Allotment should apply directly to CEE. Also, they have to submit the certificate issued from FBOA Office to the Office of Entrance Commissioner directly on or before the stipulated time.
Important: Candidates need apply only after receiving their entrance score of CEE and +2 marks. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
All applicants may submit the filled application form with copies of 12th Standard mark list and Entrance Score Sheet. THEY NEED NOT WAIT FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THE ENTRANCE RANK LIST by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
