No refunds will be made if an event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the race director's control such as but not limited to inclement weather, unsafe racing conditions, or the decision of town administrators or safety personnel. Entries would be moved to the following year's event. Events may be changed in distance or event nature for safety or other reasons at the discretion of the race director.
All refunds requested two weeks prior to event will be honored less a $25 dollar processing fee.
Exchanges to other FIRM events will be granted up to the week before the event. Any requests made the week of the event are not subject to refunds or exchanges.
