Fife High School Unified Sports
WHO WE ARE
This past school year, Fife High School started a Unified Sports Club. Unified Sports is a component of Special Olympics that combines students with and without intellectual disabilities to play train and compete. It gives all students the opportunity to be involved and feel included while promoting social inclusion and building friendships.
Unified sports is just like any other high school sport. There are teams, practices, coaches, games, uniforms, supports, and it is competitive. But unlike most high school sports, it is coed, anybody can participate, and there are no cuts. Visit the Special Olympics Unified Sports Website for more information!
