Even the poorest have potential.
With someone patiently walking alongside them, giving hope and encouragement, they can achieve great change for themselves, their families and their communities.
That is what we in Mustard Seeds Shared are about.
Learning is foundational, and starts with literacy and numeracy.  Good values and right understanding of the world are central, as well as practical & social skills.
Organisation and structure is also important - ways of saving their own resources, of pooling assets,  and of cooperating to invest and solve problems.  A framework within which serving leadership behaviour can develop too.
