Welcome to Mrs. Kearns' Quest Website!

Due to open house being held for Festus Elementary, Festus Middle and Festus High School all being on the same night at the same times, my availability at the elementary will be from 5:00-5:45.  My own son, a freshman, has open house at 6:00; my daughter, a seventh grader, has open house at 6:00; and my third grade son has open house at 5:00. I apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for your understanding.

Join us on Facebook at Festus R-VI Quest if you haven't already!  Just ask to join if you haven't already. Facebook is a great place to see posts of what the students are doing when they come to Quest, and it is a great communication tool.  (You will see I have posted a few "supplies" on the page if you would like to bring something in for the class.)

Hope you all enjoyed your summer and are ready for a fantastic year! Here are some pictures from Tech 5, the team of fifth graders who made it all the way to the University of Tennessee to compete at Destination Imagination Global Finals.

of the JAC State (top picture) and National (bottom picture) contests!

The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution created the Junior American Citizens (JAC) to promote good citizenship and appreciation of American heritage and history among every school-age child in the United States.  Every year, the JAC offers contests in art, creative expression, and community service.  The contest is held among all chapters in a state and  winners advance to the divisional and national contest.
