Enrollment and Registration Timetable

Mid October: We begin accepting applications starting in Mid October for the following school year.

January: An Open House for new families is held in early January. Applications for the next school year will be available during this time. Current Meekins Members and Alumni families are emailed a survey requesting their intention to re-enroll or withdraw for the following year. Current Meekins Members or Alumni families that do not return their survey by the mid-January due date will not have preferred status for registration over new families.

Our Open Houses for the 2017-2018 school year will be held on: 

Tuesday, January 10th 2017 and Wednesday, January 11th 2017 from 12:45 PM - 1:45 PM.   

Early to Mid February: The Membership Committee meets to compile class lists for the following school year. New families are offered enrollment or wait list placement. A child's position in the school is only secured once two Enrollment Contracts and a check for contract fee, registration fee and a deposit of May Tuition are received by the Membership Team. Failure to return all forms and fees will result in forfeiture of a place in the class.

Late February/Early March: Enrollment and Registration form packets are sent to all families accepted for the following school year.

Early April: Enrollment and Registration Forms are due.

June 1: May tuition deposit is considered non-refundable after June 1st in the event of a withdrawal.
