3.4 Contacts

You already know about a number of companies, organizations and people who may be useful to your enterprise, and about others whom you may want to contact. Perhaps some of these could provide you with services. We suggest that you record contact details, such as telephone numbers and address, all in one place (this means that any changes necessary will only have to be made once).  It can also be useful to record related background information (such as fees and availability).

You could also consider tracking the communications you have with your contacts, such as a list of people to whom you have sent your latest brochures
