3.3 Customers

This concerns all the activities involved with establishing and maintaining relationships with your customers. What are their requirements? How will you confirm that you have understood their requirements?  How will you know that you have satisfied their requirements?

Getting feedback from your customers will help you control your quality and could give you ideas for new products and services. You may also find out about potential customers. An activity here would be to record information about these potential customers.
