A)  Incline Dumbbell Fly with Hold
     20 - 15 - 18 - 10 - 15

B)  Push-up Test
          3 sets, Resting 120 sec

C)  As Many Rounds as Possible in 12 minutes of:
     10 cal Bike +
     10 x Dip +
     30 x Box Jump
