Creative Arts Dance Studio (CADS)
Parents and Dancers,
It is with a heavy heart we announce the Creative Arts Dance Studio will not be continuing the 2019-2020 season as the timing of Phase 2 has put us too far into the summer. We are disappointed, but we believe it’s the best decision to secure a healthy and stable fall season.
Our hearts go out to our seniors; Tyyli Bakkila, Katie Komac, Timothy Stark, and Ciara Miller. It’s been a privilege to watch you light up the stage! We love you so much and we’re going miss your presence at the studio. Remember to spot where you want to go, keep your head held high, and point those toes when you must!
To all of our students, we are so proud of the hard work you put into continuing your dance practice at home! Thank you to everyone who watched our YouTube videos and reached out with words of encouragement. You are the reason we continue to teach. We love our students and hope to see you all back in the fall!
If you had paid for the 2019/2020 year in advance, your credit will be rolled into the 2020/2021 season. If your dancer decides not to continue, we’ll discuss a refund at registration. If you have credit and would like to see it donated to a worthy cause, please consider the Stevie Anne Sorenson Scholarship. This scholarship will fund many students continue their passion for dance.

Our wonderful dance program - CADS - usually dominates the Creative Arts Center during the academic year. However, when COVID-19 struck and schools closed down, the building shut and CADS moved online. Here are many of the instructional videos produced for the benefit of dancers and their need to stay on top of their game. Enjoy!
