The Art Council of Torrance is sponsoring the 4th Annual Poetry Competition. 1st place winners will receive $150 cash prize. 2nd place winners will receive a $75 cash prize. 3rd place winners will receive a $50 cash prize. Entries are limited to 1 poem per person. Poems must be submitted by March 30th. Flyers available in the office.

 

8th graders if you haven’t submitted your permission slip to the Holocaust Museum please submit to your social studies teacher or to Mrs. Sharon in the office. 

 

Last day to Pre-Order Yearbooks is Tues. March 31st. Flyers available in the office.

Looking for something exciting to do this weekend?  Join the Speech and Debate team at Calle Mayor Middle School at 6:30 p.m. this Friday as students perform their Duo Interpretation pieces. See you there!

Casimir Middle School’s 8th Grade Class of 2020 will be hosting a fundraiser at Panda Express Tomorrow, March 3rd from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. 20% of events sales will be donated to Casimir’s 8th grade class. Flyers will be in the office.

 

March Madness starts this week. 6th grade will compete Wed, 7th grade Thursday, & 8th grade on Friday. Competitions will take place during lunch on the basketball courts. Sign ups are still available in Mrs. Keys Rm. 46.
