EASD Parent/Teacher Online Scheduler

Research shows that family engagement in a child's education matters in student success. An alliance between parents and teachers creates a positive atmosphere to propel students forward. With that in mind, the Elizabethtown Area School District will once again host Parent - Teacher Conferences for all students. Parents of Bainbridge Elementary, Bear Creek School, East High Elementary, Mill Road Elementary, and Rheems Elementary students will be able to conveniently and securely schedule a conference with their student's teacher via an online scheduling calendar, the Online Scheduler by Canyon Creek Software, using any device with an Internet connection.

What is the Online Scheduler?

The Online Scheduler is an online calendar through which parents can schedule a Parent - Teacher Conference with their child's teacher. Starting in mid-February, all elementary schools will open the scheduling window which will give parents access to their child's teacher's schedule.

Online Scheduler

The Online Scheduler software:

  • Can be accessed twenty four hours a day, seven days a week (within the scheduling window)
  • Allows parents to view individual or multiple teacher's availability to coordinate conferences for multiple children (within the same building)
  • Confirms the date and start time of the conference upon submitting the request
  • Sends email reminders prior to the conference date
  • Allows editing or rescheduling of a selected conference time as long as the scheduling window is open
  • Offers support to parents, teachers and administrators when issues arise

Scheduling Window: Parents may use the Online Scheduler to schedule a Parent - Teacher conference with their child's teacher between the following dates. Parents may also edit an existing conference between these dates. Once the scheduling window has closed, the teacher must be contacted directly to schedule or edit a conference.

  • Parent scheduling window: Monday, November 4, 2019 through Friday, November 15, 2019

School Password: A building password is needed to access the Online Scheduler. The password is unique to each building.
