Data Cadre Mission and Vision
Mission Statement:
The purpose of the data cadre is to increase student learning and build capacity in educators, improving practice via the effective use of data in the continuous improvement process.
Vision Statement:
The vision of the data cadre is for all stakeholders, including students, educators, administrators, and parents, to be actively engaged in the analysis of data, and the development and implementation of action plans and goals. Data tools are user-friendly and easily accessible to all stakeholders.  Evidence exists, informed by data, of increased learning for all students and continuous improvement for all schools.

Data Cadre - Who We Are
The data cadre is comprised primarily of Nebraska Department of Education and Educational Service Unit (ESUCC and ESU) personnel. The following four categories reflect the mission and vision of the data cadre:
  1. Develop Integrated Data Materials (Resources) Training
  2. Partner with Exploration Schools to Build Model Processes
  3. Data Literacy With Credentialing
  4. Promoting Growth
In order to do this, the data cadre has identified specific tasks to accomplish within each of these four areas. Four groups have also been formed from the cadre membership that are responsible for setting goals and establishing action plans in order to strengthen each category.
