« Antreprenoriatul la feminin », Romanian version of the Executive Education program of ESSEC Business School « Entreprendre au féminin » is now ready to be launched in September 2011. General information

Following its launch in 2007 and four years of success in France, the Executive Education program “Entreprendre au féminin” created by Viviane De Beaufort, will be adapted and offered in Romania in 2011. ESSEC Business School developed this course with the object of facilitating the integration of women in the entrepreneurial projects and will be offered via our local partner EUPC.

“Antreprenoriatul la feminin” - in Romanian - is an educational program targeting women, co-financed by the European Social Fund for a three-year period. This program is therefore free of charge for its applicants.

The project’s objective is to improve womens’ awareness and access to entrepreneurship and will be taught in the North-East, South-Muntenia and Bucharest-Ilfov regions.

Developing entrepreneurial skills and a better understanding of the fundamental tools of entrepreneurship among the applicant involves two full sessions each lasting 5 days. The program will provide fundamental tools in marketing, elaboration of business plans, market studies, project development, strategy, law, communications, investor relations and a comprehension overview of true entrepreneurship.

  • ESSEC Business School, will transfer the knowledge and best practices in women's entrepreneurship by providing a sustainable program already successfully implemented in France, and will also organise two training sessions in English.

Women entrepreneurship” is co-financed by the European Social Fund through POSDRU 2007-2013, ''Invest in people'', priority axis no. 6 "Promotion of social inclusion'', Major Domain of Intervention no. 6.3 ''Equal Chances/ Opportunities and Respect'', having the implementation period between 1st of November 2010 and 31st of October 2013.
