Telephone Service Update

On January 14 and 17, Charter Communications, our telephone provider, had problems with their system, which affected our service to you.  We apologize for the inconvenience to those of you who attempted to contact us via telephone.  Management was greatly upset with Charter because the foundation of our business is customer service.  The good news is that our phone lines are back and operating as of this morning.  To alleviate any unforeseen issues and to meet the ever changing demands of our clients and community, we have recently launched our agency website at www.escueta-ins.com.
 
We highly encourage you to visit our website, as we will update it on a regular basis.  Aside from information regarding our agency, you will have the opportunity to request a quote online, make a payment, report a loss as well as leave feedback.  This will provide another venue for you to contact us.  We look forward to serving your insurance and business needs!
