Taking care of your health starts by having coverage you know you can count on when you need it most. Whether you are looking for a plan that covers routine essential care and satisfies the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) mandate or you need coverage for hospital stays or surgery, we have several options available to meet your needs.

Hospital Indemnity Plans
There are three hospital indemnity plans for you to choose from all from TransChoice, administered by The Boon Group. The amounts shown in the chart represent the fixed amounts the plan pays for services based on a fee schedule. Enrolling in one of the hospital indemnity plans alone does not meet the minimum essential coverage requirement according to the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

Depending on the plan you select, you may be able to receive additional benefits

Important: This program allows employees to deduct premiums from their paychecks on a pre-tax basis. This will reduce your taxable income and help you save on FICA, federal, state, and local taxes. The pre-tax deductions apply to all coverages. By enrolling in these coverages you must maintain your coverage for the entire plan year unless you have a qualifying event: marriage, divorce, birth of child, death of dependent, etc.
