Within the realm of fitness- there should be a balance between endurance, flexibility, strength and nutrition.  As a personal trainer, my role is helping understand the balance each client is striving for.  With a goal in mind, I can help set a realistic plan that includes education and training to help each client attain a fitness balance within their life.

I strive to motivate and educate clients in individual ways to find room in busy lives for fitness.  Whether you enjoy the great outdoors or prefer to “sweat it out” in a short workout at the gym, I can help you make a plan that will fit into your life.
