02.02: Notification of arrival

Policy
The participant will call or e­mail the executive assistant for Mission Team within 24 hours of his/her arrival at the assignment location. If significant delays occur, the participant will send notification as soon as possible. 

Procedures
  1. The participant e­mails or leaves a brief phone message to confirm arrival and the correct outreach address, e­mail address, and phone number.

  2. The executive assistant informs the discipleship and personnel placement coaches of the participant's arrival.
