Welcome to Mrs. Masucci's Class!

Mrs. Nicole Masucci

Hello! My name is Nicole Masucci and I am a graduate from Rowan University where I graduated with a B.A. in Elementary Education as well as a B.A. in Liberal Arts, specialization in English. This will be my seventh year teaching 1st grade at Memorial. I am super excited for all that is in store for this school year! A little about myself: I've been married to my husband, Pete, for almost 5 years. This summer we celebrated our daughter, Parker's, first birthday! We have a chubby, orange cat, Dexter, who loves to sit in the sun, play with paper balls and sleep. I am looking forward to getting to know your children and enriching their educational experience with fun and engaging lessons. Part of their experience in first grade will be to continue incorporating technology that will enhance learning. I hope to give your children a solid foundation and memories they can carry with them through the years.

~Never stop learning.~

*Reading doesn't have to be chore, make it fun for you and your child! Read a recipe and make something together, read a sports article about their favorite team or player, or read in a new place like in your backyard! When we help to make it a fun experience, they learn to appreciate and love it!

It is a behavior management system intended to foster positive student behaviors and classroom culture. This is a great tool we will to use for parent/teacher communication and you will be able to get a picture of the great choices your child is making throughout the day, as well as if they needed some reminders to get back on track. Invites will be sent home the first week of school and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out!
