Greetings from the Virginia Community Colleges Association (VCCA)

Executive Committee!


Please join us at our 35th Annual Conference at the Fredericksburg Hospitality House Hotel and Conference Center in Fredericksburg, VA. We are expecting 100 – 150 conference attendees, which will include faculty, staff and administrators from all 23 Community Colleges and the Virginia Community College Systems Office. This is a great opportunity to develop business leads and public awareness of your business or organization.

Vendor Exhibition

Our vendor exhibition will be held from 9 am to 4:30 pm on Thursday, October 4th. We are hoping to have one of our larger exhibitions to date, so register early to guarantee your spot.

Those who wish to participate as an exhibition vendor must complete the registration form and send payment by check made payable to the VCCA to:

The deadline to submit your company's advertisement for our program is Friday, September 7th, which will guarantee that your company's advertisement will make publication deadlines.

If you would like to make a hotel reservation, please call the hotel directly at (540) 208-4746 and identify that you are a vendor for the VCCA Conference.

Sponsorship:

This year, we are once again offering the opportunity for your business to sponsor conference events. By being a sponsor, your business or organization will be able to promote your services and/or products, even if you cannot attend.

Those who wish to participate as a sponsoring vendor must also complete the registration form and send payment by check made payable to the VCCA to:

Attendee Bag Gifts:

As we have done in the past, we would love to receive donations for our conference attendee bags. These items could be anything that you wish to provide that would advertise your company and/or services. The items could be anything ranging from refrigerator magnets to sunglasses, to whatever item that you would like to provide. One year we received floss and toothpaste from Colgate, so the sky's the limit!!

If you would like to donate gifts for our attendee bags, please contact Winona Jenkins at wjenkins@lfcc.edu or Wanda Davis at wdavis@jtcc.edu to coordinate getting the items to us.

Door Prizes:

All vendors also have the opportunity to contribute a door prize from your company that also advertises your products and/or services. If you would like to donate a door prize and cannot attend, please contact Winona Jenkins at wjenkins@lfcc.edu or Wanda Davis at wdavis@jtcc.edu to coordinate getting the items to us.
