How to Submit

  1. STEP I. COMPLETE THE PROPOSAL FORM ELECTRONICALLY
    • Download the Student Technology Fee Proposal Form attached below, by clicking the downward arrow.
    • Complete the title, division, and sponsor/applicant table on page one. List all proposal team applicants.
    • Print signature page, acquire necessary signatures, and scan to PDF.
    • Proposals submitted by students will need the signature of a sponsoring Student Executive Board member.
    • Proposals submitted by employees will need the signature of a sponsoring Vice President.
    • Complete the project response to each of the questions in all sections of the proposal form.
    • Replace the space-keeping text (“Enter response text here.”) in each of the question text boxes with your proposal information. The text boxes will resize to fit the text you insert.
    • Complete the project budget (Part V)
    • Attach any additional budget, specification, project plans, or supporting documents to the end of the Proposal Form.
  2. STEP II. PREPARE PROPOSAL PACKET
    • Attach any additional budget, specification, project plans, or supporting documents to the end of the Proposal Form.
    • We are eliminating paper proposals this year (please print signature page and scan to PDF).
    • PDF format preferred for all Proposals.
  3. STEP III. SUBMIT PACKET COPIES
