NOTE: ALL APPEALS MUST BE FILED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE TICKET.


Please click on the button below to complete the appropriate appeal form. You will receive a response to your appeal within 5 business days. 

Employees will be asked to log in with their current employee email address and to provide their employee ID. A response to the appeal will be sent to the employee’s email address. Unresolved tickets for staff will be referred to administration.
Visitors do not require a log in, but will be asked to provide a valid email address and phone number. A response to the appeal will be sent to the email or phone number provided.
Students will be asked to log in with the EdMail account provided to them by the college and will also be asked for their student ID. A response to the appeal will be sent to the student’s EdMail address. Unresolved tickets may result in a hold of student grades.

Payments should be made at the Cashier office on the first floor of LYN Hall.
