Help Desk

The Help Desk is managed by full time IT staff members and is the main contact point for technology services on campus. Elms College work-study students assist at the Help Desk and in the computer labs during the traditional academic semesters. 


Hours of Operation

The Help Desk is located in the lower level of Berchmans Hall and is open during normal business hours except when the College is closed due to holidays, administrative closings, or inclement weather.  Support is available for the classrooms and special events during extended hours.  

Normal Business Hours

Monday – Friday                   8:00 AM to 4:30 PM 

Extended Hours

Monday -Friday                   4:30 PM to 9:30 PM
