We'll have one match on Friday, and three matches on Saturday. The other teams are Eau Claire Memorial, Buffalo (MN) and New Richmond.

We will stay at the Holiday Inn Express (2703 Craig Road in Eau Claire). Here is a link to their website.

a. We leave at 8:00 a.m. from the tennis courts at BC.

b. Coach Tiwari and I will both be driving district vans.

c. Due to the boys fundraising and a very generous donation, the hotel rooms are all paid for during our trip.

d. Schedule: We'll play Eau Claire Memorial at their school on Friday. They have not sent the start time, but it's likely to be about Noon or 1:00 p.m.

e. After, we check into our hotel, then go to the Menard's Center for a 5:00 p.m. match

f. Eau Claire will provide us dinner on Friday night

g. We'll go back to the Menard's Center on Saturday for a 9:00 a.m. match

h. We should be leaving to return to Brookfield at around Noon or 1:00 p.m.

i. Locations = Menard's Center (1260 Menomonie Street), Eau Claire Memorial High School (2220 Fairfax Street), Holiday Inn Express (2703 Craig Road)

j. Meals: The only meals we'd need are Friday lunch and Saturday lunch, since everything else is covered. There is a Subway and a Jimmy Johns right across the street from our hotel.

If you are looking to make the long trek to watch, feel free to bring your racquet since they let us hit at the indoor courts after our Friday match last year.

Friday, 5/5-Saturday, 5/6 (Nicolet Sweet 16)

This tournament is a flighted tournament, meaning players move based upon their win or loss, not necessarily the team's. At the conclusion of the tournament, all the individual flight points are added together for team rankings.

Friday: Early dismissal = 11:00 a.m., report to the courts for lunch, hitting. We have to drive ourselves. Leave by Noon and you'll arrive at your site in plenty of time.

Saturday: Meet at BC at 7:30 a.m.. Same plan. Hit until 8:00 a.m. and drive to sites

Food: We will divide up food/drinks since players will be at their own sites for the entire day.

End of the day: We will all keep in touch throghout the day, and we'll meet at whatever location the last player is playing to wrap up the day.

Rationale: This tournament is a tough one since players are at seven diferent sites. The reason we participate is that it's top competition, but also a simulation of what sub sectionals and sectionals will be like (Flighted), so it will help prepare us for the postseason.
