Missional Planning

The Southeastern Synod aims to develop a Missional Work Plan in each congregation focused on engaging the people who live in that congregation's particular neighborhood. In 2010, the Southeastern Synod began a process of engaging congregations in conversations and sharing resources. Since then, conversations have spread from metro Atlanta to Nashville, Savannah, the Gulf Coast, and in Northern Alabama. Conversations will continue until every congregation in the Synod has the opportunity to participate. The 2014 Synod Assembly will include a celebration of commitment to mission in our congregation.
