EHEF Tree Auction!

The Eastern Hancock Education Foundation is proud to partner with Charlotte Creek Nursery and Roberts' Auction Services to offer a live tree auction of more than 250 trees.   Rain or shine!
50% of proceeds will be used to provide grants to EH teachers. 
Date:        September 9, 2017
Time:        10:00 am until all is sold
                    Preview trees & register 8am-10am.                                         Nursery staff will be on-site to answer questions.
                            Concessions available. 

Where:    EH Parking Lot 
                                10320 E 250 N, Charlottesville, IN 46117
Sale Inventory Includes:
Locally grown inventory of balled and burlap trees from Charlotte Creek Nursery.     All trees range from 8' tall to 16' tall.  Shade tree varieties include: Red Maple, Kentucky Coffee, Tulip, Red Oak, Honeylocust, Upright European Hornbeam, Sugar Maple, Bur Oak, Pin Oak, Elm, Sweetgum, Sycamore and Ginko.
Evergreen varieties include:  Spruce and White Pine.
Flowering/Ornamental varieties include:  Magnolia, Fringe, Winter King Hawthorn, White Dogwood, Flowering Pear, Crab Apple and Weeping Cherry. 

Pick-up of purchased items:
30 minutes following the auction until 5:00 pm on Saturday.   Or, pick-up will also be available  Sunday, 9/10 from 12pm-4:00pm.  All materials MUST BE picked-up by Sunday at 4pm or arrangements made with Charlotte Creek Nursery for delivery. 

All material is state inspected and available on a "first come, first serve basis".  Everything in the terms, including all sales are final.  No exchanges. No returns.   Reserve bids may apply to some or all inventory.
