Practice Record

  • Practice Record #19 will be for any minutes recorded from May 22 - June 4
  • It will be available online from  Sunday, June 4 until 7:30am on Wednesday June 7 
  • Total minutes due is  180 .  Additional minutes will be counted as EXTRA CREDIT.

Every OTHER Sunday evening we send out an email version of the following form to just the parent/guardian email addresses using skyward. If you were unable to open or submit your practice record form, please use the one below to enter your child's practice minutes. If you need to update your Skyward information, see the very bottom of this page. THE PASSWORD TO SUBMIT THIS FORM IS FOUND IN THE SAME EMAIL AS THE LINK TO THIS FORM. Parents may enter the password as a means of verifying the minutes entered by their children.

 NOTE: If you are not receiving emails from Skyward, follow these directions to update/add your Skyward info:
  1. Please confirm information for directories and mailings by going to the family access at  www.egrps.org/skyward
  2. Type in your username and password and login. (If you do not know your username and password, select “Forgot your Login/Password?”  Type in your email or username to recover your account.
  3. Click on “Account Info” in the upper right corner to confirm your email, address and phone number.
  4. If your Email is incorrect, use the “Change My Email” button.
  5. If your address or phone number is incorrect, please fill out a “Corrections form” (left side of the page).
  6. Student information, including emergency contacts, can be confirmed by selecting student names from the drop down at the top of the page. Any changes also go on the “Corrections Form”.
