  • Students will be able to choose a gently-used free book. It is their book to keep. Team Book Giveaway (Ms. Galbraith, Felix Jones, and Chino Shaver) have been working hard to prep these gently-used books. Currently, we have over 800 books! This is something to celebrate for sure!

  • Visiting Sno-Isle Librarian - Edith Farrar, Edmonds Librarian, is coming to Madrona on Thursday, June 22nd for a special read aloud gathering with our youngest of readers in preschool and kindergarten.

End of Year Important Dates -

June 9th: Final due date for students' library books!

June 23rd: Any outstanding library books will be changed to 'lost' status and a replacement book fine will be automatically assessed in Skyward.

June 12th - 23rd: Book giveaway in the library! Students may select a book during the regularly scheduled library lesson. Just come to library as usual and pick out a book to keep for summer reading. Please feel invited to donate gently-used books. Bring to library office before school at 8:45 - 9:15. Thank you!
