  • Volleyball Time Change The Varsity and JV Volleyball game times on 9/3 will be swapped. Varsity will play at 5:15 and JV at 6:30 with the Freshmen starting things off at 4.

  • All-Sports Parent Night The all-sports parent night originally scheduled for Thursday, August 6th has been postponed until after tryouts.The meeting date will be TUESDAY, AUGUST 18TH AT 6PM. The meeting will start in the gym and then move to individual classrooms for sport specific information.

  • Youth Soccer Camp Unfortunately, due to low numbers, the youth soccer camp scheduled for 7/13-7/16 has been cancelled. We will try again next year and have the information out sooner. The team camp for grades 7-12 will still be held that week from 1-3 each day.

  • Marine City Girls Golf The Marine City Girls Golf team is looking for more players that are interested in joining our team. The team started last year and plays at St. Clair Golf Course. A desire to play and a fundamental understanding are all that is necessary for a place on the team. Enjoy fall afternoons on a lush green course and have some fun while earning your varsity letter and representing your school.   • 8/28 Girls Cross Country: East China Invite The Mariner Girls' Cross Country team opened their season with a strong performance at the St.Clair/Mariner Invitational at East China Park. The team placed 5th out of 12 teams and had 4 medal winners. Leading the team was Sarah Cullimore with a time of 22:45. Rounding out the top 5 scorers were Carahgan Spencer (23:07), Katie Traver (23:33), Samantha Bieth (24:19), and Alexa Pastoria (28:01).

  • 8/28 Boys Cross Country: East China Invite The Marine City boys cross country team finished 8th out of 10 teams at the East China Invite. Blaik Haney led the Mariners with an 18:07 finish. Patrick Johns (21:20), Cole Showers (21:42), Mike DeVlaminck (22:25), and Evan Dearhamer (22:32) rounded out the top scoring five runners. It was a great first meet!

  • Student-Athletes of the Week: 5/26-5/29 Congratulations to Brendan Kelley and Kara Scharnweber of the track teams, the Student-Athletes of the Week!!!BrendanAcademic:Brendan is currently enrolled in three AP Classes, AP Government, AP Language, and AP Biology. While he continues to work hard and do well with these classes, he is maintaining a 3.68 GPA. Brendan always in working towards doing the best that he can in academics and stays focused on the importance of education.Athletic:After the school day ends, Brendan works as hard as any member of our track team. He runs the 3200 Relay, 800, 1600 Relay, and when needed will run the 1600. He has improved his times and has the best 800 time on the team ...

She is positive on and off the court. Danielle has a winning attitude that makes her an awesome doubles partner.
