Summer Order Program

Instructions for Summer Orders

Welcome to the Summer Order Program.  This program allows schools to order Classroom Supplies from the Warehouse before Schools end this year that will be delivered to the Schools before school starts next year.  Using this system allows Schools to approve orders using next years allocations.

The Summer Order Program was set-up as follows:
1.    All orders require the Item # and Quantity.  Use the On-line catalog to make your selections.
2.    Teachers should open the file below (Scroll down to the file list on the bottom left called "OPEN TEACHERS ORDERS") and complete the form as listed in the file.  OR Teachers can download the EXCEL file on the Warehouse Home page called "Catalog & Requisition Form"
3.    Teachers should print this file and turn it into the Skyward Order Person at your location.
4.    Skyward Order Person approves the request by entering the order in the Summer Order Form page.
5.    Once the order is submitted the Skyward Order Person will receive an email in the ECSD GMail Account to confirm the order.
6.    The Skyward Order Person should use the Confirmation email to double check the order from the Teacher.
7.    This order will be processed in Skyward by Warehouse staff and the order will be delivered before school starts.
