By boat :
From Central Ferry Pier 3 to Discovery Bay Ferry Pier, then by bus 9 or 4, stop at "DB North Plaza".
By train :
At the MTR train Sunny Bay, take the bus DB03P or DB03R towards Discovery Bay. Stop at "DB North Plaza" with the bus DB03P. If you take the bus DB03R, you can stop at Joyful Mansion", take the T4 bus and stop at "DB North Plaza".
