From 2009-2018,
Eckerd College
(St. Petersburg, FL) students have monitored >100 osprey nests/year in the southern portion of Pinellas County.
Currently we are only monitoring Eckerd College campus nests and doing more in-depth research on ospreys.
We contribute our data to the international
Project Osprey-watch
database.
Much of this website was created and maintained by Eckerd College students.
