Remote Support Session

Remote support sessions are a great way for us to help with problems that are not on campus. Follow these steps to start a remote support session:

1. Call in or e-mail your preferred Help Desk to schedule a time for the session.

2. Download and run TeamViewer using the appropriate link below.


3. Once TeamViewer is running, you'll see an ID number and password. When it is time for the support session, call the Help Desk to provide this ID number and password.
