Teaching Philosophy/About Mrs. Naccara

      It is the unique role of a quality physical education program to help all students develop health-related fitness, physical competence, cognitive understanding, and positive attitudes about physical activity so that they can adopt healthy and physically active lifestyles.  

    Physical activity, sports and recreation are always critical components in my life; from childhood through my college soccer career and now for myself and family.   I look forward to working with the students at Frank J. Smith School to create a safe environment with personal health and fitness key components in the students' lives.
