HISTORY

East Bronx Academy for the Future, best known as EBA and the home of the Knights, is a middle/high school located in
the South Bronx, New York.

East Bronx Academy started in 2004 by current principal, Sarah Scrogin, and former co-principal Nicole Campbell. When it was founded it was just another school in the Truman High school campus in Co-op city the Bronx, and had a partnership with the school West Bronx Academy for the Future.

During the 2005 school year the school moved to its current location, 1716 Southern Blvd Bronx, NY 10460.

Over the years the school formed a partnership with MSG Varsity and Lehman College and also have formed a couple of clubs including a student government.

In the 2010-11 school year, the school chose a knight to represent them as the new logo. This project was spearheaded by that year's 8th grade class.
