Biographical Information:

I am passionate about creative video production, editing and writing.  I have had a very interesting life.  As a child, I developed a love for production when I was in several national television commercials including:  Jack in the Box, Datsun, McDonalds, Armor Hot Dogs, First National Bank, Bumble Bee Tuna, Dairy Queen, and I acted and performed in many theatrical productions through my twenties.

I am a native San Diegan of over 56 years.  I am personable, reliable and dependable.  I am the son of a former San Diego local politician, and having walked door to door in precincts for over 5 campaigns has given me a great capacity to get to know, understand and relate to all kinds of people.   I speak, read, write and understand the Spanish language.  I also know very little French, having studied it for two years and attending the Sorbonne University in Paris, France in 1984.

As a businessman, I have worked successfully in a real estate management and development career for over 30 years as a property manager and owner and actively managed up to 4500 units with my company. I have personally managed and supervised over 12 employees at a time and have performed oversight as an Asset Manager of over 14 Property Management firms across the U.S with 8,500 units under management.  I started and operated a successful video production business in 2009 after 6 years working in the educational television business.  These business experiences have allowed me to develop many contacts within San Diego's diverse business community, and to associate with some of the business world’s greatest minds.

Please call me to discuss the position and or project you are considering.  Thank you for letting me serve you.
