Adding a Green Giant Balance to Dinner

Spiced Maple Mustard Sauce - Approximately 1/2 cup
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup olive oil

1. In the bowl of a food processor, blend the Dijon mustard, parsley, paprika, white wine vinegar, maple syrup, salt and pepper until smooth.

2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil until fully combined. Serve or store in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
