Welcome to the SAMMET project - Methods for Customer Interactive Service Design (2008 - 2010). The project aims at developing methods for customer interactive service design. The project addresses the need for increased customer participation and systematic ways of working in service design. The result of the project is a method framework applicable for e-services as well as other services and the relationships between services and other products. The project is a cooperation between Dataföreningen, three universities and a number of large Swedish organisations; the project is supported by Vinnova.
