CHILDREN'S ONLINE PROTECTION AND PRIVACY ACT NOTICE

Hello and welcome to drwonder.com. This website is jointly owned and administered by two nonprofit Christian ministries: Silent Blessings Deaf Ministries, 1201 E 5th Street, Suite 11, Anderson, IN 46012, and Deaf Missions, 21199 Greenview Road, Council Bluffs IA 51503. We need to tell you a few things you need to know before you give us your user name, e-mail address, and any other information.

You can surf our site, play all the games and use all the services here without giving us any personal information. You do not need to register for our site. You can even send us an email using the email link on the front page without giving us your real name or an e-mail address. However, if you want us to respond to your email you will need to give us a real, working email address. There is no other way for us to know how to contact you. We will use your email address ONLY once – to contact you to reply to your e-mail to us. We will not keep your e-mail address or use it for any other purpose, nor will we share your personal information with any other organizations.

If you are under 13, we must get one of your parents to agree to your giving us your e-mail address and other personal information. Because you can surf drwonder.com without giving us your name or e-mail address, you don't have to have your parents' permission (but it's always good to talk to them about any websites you visit – including drwonder.com.).

You have to give us your e-mail address and user name if you want to enter a contest or to send us an audition video to get on the Dr. Wonder's Workshop TV show. And before you do that, one of your parents or a guardian must agree that it is okay for you to give us that information and participate. So please ask one of your parents to read this Web page. If they agree they must confirm their consent via fax or letter.
