On Monday, November 20, 2017 and November 27, 2017, D.L. Beckwith Middle School will be holding parent teacher-conferences.  
 
The session times are as follows: November 20, 2017  Evening Hours: 5:30 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.
 
November 27, 2017 Day Time Hours:    12:30 P.M. – 2:30 P.M. Evening Hours: 5:30 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.
 
 
Our format for arranging parent teacher conferences has changed to an online system.  Please go to the following website to schedule your parent teacher-conference time:

and follow these steps to schedule your parent teacher-conference.   Registering for your parent teacher conference: 1. Fill out the Registration side on the website. 2. Now, you can log in using your email and password 3. Click on “Add and Edit Children” 4. Enter your child’s information. 5. You will now see your child under current children on file. 6. Hit the “Schedule Button” 7. Select the appropriate date from the drop down menu 8. Select the grade and hit submit. 9. Select the desired time for the conference. 10. If your conference is valid, the word “accepted” will be in green next to the time. 11. If you want to change, hit the red “x” and select a new time. 12. Once you are satisfied with the time, you may log out.
