Attention parents:

Postural screening for scoliosis will begin the week of April 4th. The physical education teachers typically screen students in gym class and refer those in question to Mrs. Mondor, school nurse. Privacy is maintained and confidentiality is key. If you do NOT wish to have your child screened, please call or email Mrs. Mondor. If your child has had a physical by their primary care physician on or after January 1st the previous school year, your child will not be screened. Any questions, comments or concerns please call Mrs. Mondor.

Attention: Parents of 6th grade students who will enter Grade 7 in the Fall of 2016:  Students ENTERING Grade 7 in the Fall will need to show proof of having the Tdap Booster as well as having received the 2nd Varicella (Chicken Pox) vaccine. In addition to these two vaccinations, students need to show a current physical (done within the year). This documentation needs to be received PRIOR to the first day of school per Mass Dept of Public Health requirements. The MDPH mandates students without this proper documentation be excluded from school until such documentation is received.  Please obtain the necessary documentation in the next few months so that your child will not be excluded from school in the Fall.  Any documentation can be faxed to Mrs.Cathy Mondor. Students can also bring the paperwork to her office.  Please call Mrs. Mondor if you have any questions regarding this matter.
