Hi, I'm Diane Mark, NASM certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist.  I moved to the Pacific Northwest over 25 years ago to enjoy all the great outdoor recreation Washington had to offer. I love to hike, camp, cross country ski and play racquetball.  I believe it is important to be in good physical condition to have the energy and stamina to lead a fun and active lifestyle.

I became a certified personal trainer and established Di-Namic Fitness when through my own personal experience I discovered the amazing results that can be achieved working with a personal trainer.  In my case I had a severe spinal injury and worked with a personal trainer to strengthen and condition my body rather than choosing surgery as a fix. The results I had were amazing. A year later, I was nearly symptom free and in the best shape of my life.  I knew then that I wanted to help other people experience the power of a personal trainer as well.

The protocol I use with working with clients is great for those that want to exercise but don’t want the big gym atmosphere or they want the personal one on one attention. I also offer small group sessions that are great fun and the energy that comes from group settings is awesome.  Either way you choose to be trained it is all done with everyday life in mind….functional training.

Functional Training - Exercises which allow you to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries. Functional training involves mainly weight bearing activities targeted at core muscles of the abdomen and lower back. Most fitness facilities have a variety of weight training machines which target and isolate specific muscles only. As a result the movements do not necessarily bear any relationship to the movements people make in their regular activities or sports. That is why people who only workout with weight machines still experience muscle injuries when performing daily activities, such as, gardening, mowing, lifting objects or even just playing with your children.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, TRX Suspension Training Instructor and have my CPR/AED certification.
