1. Specific information for Undergraduate applicants



Requirements and limitations

  • Applicants must have passed at least one academic year
  • You must be proficient in the language of instruction of the courses. See more on language requirements.
  • Preference will be given to 10 month mobilities.
  • If you are undergraduate, please keep in mind that in order to be eligible you must have passed at least one academic year and not be enrolled in your last year of studies at the moment of the application.

Required extra enclosures

  • For the University of Deusto you will also need to provide proof of registration from your home university.


The Learning Agreement

  • All undergraduate grantees are expected to register in 30 credits (ECTS) per semester.
  • You can take combine courses from different years in the same degree or from different degrees under certain conditions:
    • Out of the 30 ECTS a minimum of 16 ECTS must belong to a specific degree. The rest of the credits can belong to other degrees or faculties.
    • Your learning agreement must include the Spanish courses. If your mobility is for one semester only you need to take an intensive Spanish course and a regular Spanish course. If your mobility is for ten months you will take one intensive Spanish course and two regular Spanish courses. (Intensive Spanish 5 ECTS and Regular Spanish 6 ECTS). The Spanish courses belong to the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences.
