Desiderata Educational Research and Resource Corporation is a non-profit 501-c3.
Desiderata’s community based resource center, REMIX, supports for-profit and non-profit organizations that provide traditional and non-traditional educational assistance and supplemental programs to meet the needs of a diverse community. The facility is supported by educators and trainers with a variety of backgrounds, working with volunteers to provide quality educational resources. The Center is the setting for classes, training, guided study sessions, tutoring, college and career counseling and seminars. The Center also provides educational developmental programs and serves as an educational materials outlet. The resource center provides equipped classrooms, computers, a resource library and private study areas. Educators and professionals who offer training programs are invited to participate by providing quality programs for the community at large utilizing the resource center to serve students of all ages and skills.
