Our mission at Carter is to unleash the genius and goodness of our students. As the principal, I am honored to work with such a caring and dedicated staff. I am very proud of the accomplishments of the students and the wonderful support we have from our parents and community. Our primary goals at Carter Elementary are to cultivate an enthusiasm for learning in a safe and caring atmosphere; challenge all learners; encourage students, staff, parents and the community to share in the responsibility for the education of our children.
