Delwood's Barbecue Sauce and Marinade My family's very own recipe as my father taught it to me. Created to be a pig sauce, my father came to really enjoy it on chicken as well.  This is the sauce I always BBQ our Thanksgiving turkey in.  It wasn't until after his death that it was discovered to be an amazing marinade  for steak, pork, and poultry as well.  Since making the decision to market the family recipe, customers and friends have come back with amazing recipes for salad dressing, vegetables, and seafood as well.  Try it for yourself and see what great dishes you can make even better with Delwood's.

Delwood's "Sufficiently Hot" sauce:  My take on the family recipe designed for folks who like a little more heat in their sauce.

Delwood's "Piedmont Style" sauce: For those who like a little tomato with their Carolina style.

Delwood's "Sweet Red" sauce:  The name says it all, just the way you like it.

Delwood's "Neverwas Rub":  There never was an Eastern North Carolina rub tradition.  So we made one up.  Amazingly versatile, try it on beef, pork, poultry, seafood, game, and vegetables to experience how one rub can produce so many different flavors.

Delwood's "Carolina Style" Pub Cheese:  A challenge was issued and we accepted it.  The perfect party spreadable for crackers.  Just the right amount of sharp, just the right amount of zing.  Coming as soon as we find a copacker.

Delwood's Pimento Cheese:  Its pimento cheese with the zing of authentic Eastern NC barbecue sauce. Hold the mayo. Coming as soon as we find a copacker
