Immunity Boosting Wellness Shots

Makes: 1 quart

Ingredients:

  • 3 Lemons, juiced

  • 2 Turmeric Roots, peeled & chopped

  • 1 ½ c. Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 2 Tsp Ginger Root, shredded

  • Filtered Water

Methods:

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar {or other airtight container} then fill the remainder of the way with water & refrigerate overnight

  2. Using a fine mesh strainer, remove the excess turmeric and ginger root

  3. Store the liquid in your refrigerator up to 10 days

  4. Enjoy these shots w/ a water chaser both morning & night for a extra boost to your immune system and energy levels
