Dear Dean,
On behalf of out Board, Staff, & Participants, thank you for volunteering your time last Wednesday evening. Those attending were very grateful for all of the information which you provided. Best Wishes for a Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

Dear Dean,
Sorry for the extraordinary delay in sending this. Thank you! Although my day in Trenton before the Trustee made the process suddenly seem as simple as it is, I was also well aware you crossed and dotted all the correct T's and I's necessary. I'm about a third of the way towards financial reality, but I know I'm good for it. Thank you.

Mr. Sutton,
I just wanted to thank you and your staff for making a stressful time in my life more bearable. Thanks.

Dear Dean Sutton,
This letter is 2 years overdue. When my wife and I met you in your Sparta office and we retained you because of your outstanding experience and knowledge, we were falling apart financially and our family was suffering from the debt that had built up in my life.
The discharge of my debts taught me a valuable lesson - if you don't "need" something, don't buy it. My wife and I worked through the credit counseling that was required for the bankruptcy and it was mentally, emotionally, and verbally hard to hear I needed to change spending habits, and learn to be frugal.

I did change! For the last two years my wife and I lived paycheck to paycheck within our means; however, we were debt-free. We both became used to the pay for something by cash, not credit. My credit score is now 700, and my wife's credit score is 750. I bought a new car for my wife. Thank you Dean, for giving me and my wife a new chance and an opportunity to live within our means and not our wants. Respectfully...

I just wanted to thank you for all of your help. You have been above and beyond and I truly appreciate it.

Dear Dean,
Thank you for making our Bankruptcy Seminar possible last night. The response to your presentation was overwhelmingly positive.

One of the comments made about the Seminar was "this seminar was very informative and I learned a lot. I'm very happy I came tonight."

We very much appreciate the work you've done for us to date and what you're committed to for the future. Best Regards.

Dear Dean,
On behalf of the Board, staff and participants, thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to present a two-hour seminar on "Bankruptcy" at our Career Center last week.

Your hands-on approach to the program and to each participant's specific situation was truly remarkable. You imparted a tremendous amount of information and guidance that enabled the group to understand the best ways to handle their particular circumstances. The knowledge you shared with PSS and our client's is truly invaluable.

I greatly appreciate your support of the IOLATA Legal Assistance Program and I look forward to working with you on future services.

Review on Avvo.com
I highly recommend bankruptcy lawyer Dean Sutton because he is extremely knowledgeable about the ever-changing intricacies of bankruptcy law; he is very approachable and responsive and he goes above and beyond the call of duty in handling your case. As a lawyer myself, it was important for me to retain an expert in bankruptcy law who took a personal interest in my case and did not tread me like a number. Mr. Sutton exceeded my expectations on all counts.

From the moment I met with him at the initial consultation, I knew that I was in good hands. Mr. Sutton took his time to ask the necessary questions and get the information he needed to zealously represent me. My confidence in his retention was confirmed at the hearing, when the respect of his colleagues and adversaries became obvious.

Even long after my discharge, he jumped in and assisted when a creditor in the bankruptcy sued me to collect a discharged debt. Had it not been for his swift action and responsiveness, I would have been forced to retain counsel to defend me in that case. Instead, Mr. Sutton's prompt action led to the dismissal of that case.

I found Mr. Sutton on Google and met with him for a consultation purely based on geographical convenience. Hiring Mr. Sutton was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I now have a clean slate and have been able to turn my life around. If I had it to do again, I wouldn't change a thing. Mr. Sutton is an incredibly smart attorney, as well as a nice guy and a family man. Although I hope to never need his services again, I would go back in a heartbeat if needed.

Dear Mr. Sutton,

Just a note to say thank you for your thoroughness and attention as you brought my case to a very satisfactory conclusion.  I very much appreciate your superior work.   J.S.

Dear Dean,

Thank you for taking care of our case in a professional and timely manner.  We were nervous at first about filing, but you made the whole process painless and easy.  It feels good to finally get a fresh start, now I can concentrate on my health and family.
Thanks again.  J.S. and D.S.

Dear Mr. Sutton,

This is to thank you very much for representing me with your knowledge, experience and personal skill.  The process was made so much less painful knowing you had all the resources at hand.  I can breathe better and think of rebuilding the bridges damaged.  I could see at the Court yesterday that you were helping people from all walks of life, looking for a chance to rebuild their lives.  I felt proud and appreciative of you.    Wishing you all the best.  J.Y.

Dear Dean,

Thank you very much for all your hard work, and most importantly your humanity, with regards to our case.  It has really been a pleasure working with you even though the personal circumstances that brought us to you are not something one generally wishers for. (In laymen's terms I would say you made everything okay.)  M.F.

Dear Dean,

Thank you for making a very scary and stressful time in our life much easier.  Everyone was very friendly and professional and we never felt uncomfortable or like we were being judged.  Thank you.  E.H.

I needed an attorney for my chapter 7 and like everyone in my position I started my research for attorneys. At first, I went for the attorney with the most "reviews" and realized after speaking with the first attorney she was not the right attorney and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I then researched more attorneys and found Mr. Sutton and went to his office to speak with him and it was a night and day difference. From the minute I spoke with him I knew I was in good hands. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Anytime I had questions he was there to answer them. He was by my side the entire process and his staff was very helpful as well. I can't thank Mr. Sutton and his staff enough for there help and would recommend his services to anyone filing for bankruptcy that wants a respectful and knowledgeable attorney that will be by your side.
