Welcome to Mr. Stallings' 6th Grade Website.

Hello! My name is Mr. William (Bill) Stallings, and I am both happy and very proud to be teaching in the Delavan-Darien School District. I have lived in Delavan for 14 years, so I know first-hand what a great community this is. It feels awesome to be able to give back to the community where I live. Delavan is the perfect size, small enough to allow neighbors to know neighbors, yet large enough to provide numerous activities and opportunities for all ages. The school district is also a perfect size, small enough to allow for sensible class sizes, yet large enough to provide plenty of academic and extracurricular activities.

I graduated from St. Cloud State University (MN) in 2002 with a bachelors degree in Marketing. After sitting behind a desk and selling mortgages, I needed a career change. I decided to go back to school and get my teaching license. I received a master's degree in education from Aurora University in 2005. In 2006, I was hired by Whitewater Unified school District and taught 8 years of math and science. I am in my 5th year in the Delavan-Darien school District where I teach 6th grade math and science. I have been happily married for 14 years to my wife Kris (who graduated from DDHS in 1998) and have 3 children- Addison (11), Delaney (9), and Beckett (5). In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, being active, and being outdoors.

If you ever have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. My email is wstallings@ddschools.org. Or, I can be reached by phone at (262) 233-6510. I look forward to another wonderful school year.
