Educational Philosophy

A great education is not merely a goal; it is a life long journey.  While kids are in first grade they will learn all the basics of reading, writing, and arithmetic.  Beyond that, however, I hope they discover the joy of learning.  I believe if they can leave first grade thinking of school as a fun place where they can be successful, then the rest of their educational careers will be that much easier.
